Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a convenient location near the port of Miami with friendly staff but was a bit far from downtown. The rooms were placed at different floors with varying views, which could be challenging for those with mobility issues. The dining options were overpriced, while the location offered quick access to fast food places and good restaurants.
The hotel room was not ready when I checked in but was comfortable enough for email checks, TV browsing, and an in-room meal before a good night's sleep. We were put beside the elevators when we asked for a quiet room. The service was initially super friendly but turned sour when issues like insects in the bed and stolen credit card information arose. The location was excellent for visiting Miami thanks to its proximity to the bus station and Metromover stop, although it's all you're paying for. The dining experience was tainted by unexpected extra charges for supposedly included items, like the famous continental buffet breakfast at Hilton.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were a little tired but had a standard king with a view which I absolutely loved. The service was mostly great, with very polite front desk personnel, although there was a small hiccup with a promised bottle opener. The location was far from the center with few attractions nearby, but I appreciated the shuttle service. Dining at the on-site bar was adequate, and the facilities were decent.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable, but the dated decor was not up to Hilton standards, especially for a downtown Bayside location. The service was wonderful, with attentive staff being the highlight, though there were issues with room readiness. The location was convenient but not without rough areas nearby. The dining experience had its flaws, with cold coffee at the Starbucks being a letdown. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
I found the hotel to be a bit overpriced, especially considering the lack of free Wi-Fi service. However, the room had a wonderful view and was clean, which was a big plus.
My stay at the hotel was truly unforgettable. The rooms were incredibly comforting, and the downtown view from the corner bay was breathtaking, especially watching the ships arrive at Port Miami - it was a 'WoW' factor all on its own. With a HUGE balcony and outdoor seating set, it was probably the best hotel experience I've ever had in my life.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were clean but could use some minor updating to look fresher. The service turned a frustrating experience into a pleasant one, although it could be more helpful at times. The location was perfect for our visit, right in the middle of downtown within walking distance to many sites. The dining experience was average, and the facilities were satisfactory.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, with modern amenities, although the hallway decor was a bit dark. The service was exceptional, especially when I faced a medical issue during my stay. The location was convenient for exploring the city, although the furniture needs updating. The dining options were good with a variety of choices. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall experience.
The hotel had spacious and modern rooms with an awesome view, but some dated furnishings showing wear and tear. The service was warm and helpful overall, with a few minor issues. It is close to the attraction I wanted to see but located in an old part of town with rough spots. The dining experience was exceptional, although the pool area could use some refurbishment.
